Bio

McKenna is a marketing strategist with her sights set on the intersection of sports and analytics. Through her own venture, Unlock Potential Marketing, she works with small businesses and startups on website design, SEO, and data-backed strategy, one client and one dataset at a time.

McKenna excels at campaign brainstorming and organization, and brings a sharp analytical lens to everything she touches. She is equally comfortable presenting to a room, leading a team, or diving deep into the data behind a campaign. Her instinct is to understand what is actually driving results, and then communicate that clearly to the people who need to act on it. That combination of creative thinking and analytical rigor is what she is building Unlock Potential Marketing around.

McKenna leads with perseverance and a genuine curiosity that doesn’t switch off. She believes every experience has something worth taking from it and that mindset shows in the way she approaches her work: collaborative, grounded, and always looking for the next thing to get better at.

As the Marketing Intern for Lightcap Health, I explored marketing research within the Healthcare industry. A snippet of the work I did can be found under my portfolio, but my experience at Lightcap Health exposed me to real-world marketing campaigns and the research behind them.

Building content based-on data collected was time consuming, but made my efforts that much more fulfilling. The posts came together, and the target audience responded well.

As of May 2026, I am contracted my Ranalli Marketing as an assistant. The founder supports my passion for data-backed strategy through meetings where we discuss the monthly analytics report for clients.

My experience so far has been well-rounded with weekly content creation, copy development, Metricool and Mailchimp usage.
